Toi is a seven-storey residential building, comprising 65 modern apartments and Whetū is a 10-storey build-to-rent, comprising 77 apartments in Mount Albert, Auckland.
Developed by Ockham Residential in partnership with the Marutūāhu iwi collective. Toi’s harakeke-green brick façade draws inspiration from Māori flax design, while Whetū takes design inspiration from Hotunui, the whare Runanga at Auckland War Memorial Museums.
